Yahoo News: Breaking & Local App Reviews

Anyone know how I can get this |%]*{+<|}^ ad off my yahoo home page? Its so annoying! Im leaving if its not gone! Stupid app

Tons of unwanted stuff showing up in my areas of interest. Hard to navigate. Took a solid app and made it almost unusable.

I used to get on here daily. Now, after the last update, I cant even get it to load. And I mean NOTHING, just sits there like its thinking. This app is absolutely useless now!!

I dont like the new format at all, I tried to look for yahoo old app and I cudnt find it so I deleted the app

Old version was so much better. Dont use the app much since the most recent update.

1. "Reader View" option is not available 2. Fonts are too small without the possibility to adjust to ones need, which makes using this app on smart phone a pain. 3. Landscape view not possible 4. Cannot go back to the article which was left opened when switching to another app/task and comes back 5. Cannot vote "up" or "down" in comment section. Can only vote "love" this comment 6. "View my comments" option is not available 7. Even when viewing Yahoo! on a PC, when click "View my comments," you cannot see the comments youve made on Yahoo! News Room app despite the fact that the user is signed in. 8. I tried using web browsers app to view Yahoo! instead of using Yahoo! Newsroom app so I could use "Reader View" option, but only a few articles have that option. 9. On web browser apps, your article displayed one paragraph worth of content and not the rest. There was no button to click to continue reading the rest of the content or to go to the source of the article 10. Whoever responsible for these messes should be replaced stat! UGH!!!!!!!

Why oh why did I update my Yahoo app? This new version is terrible. I tried to search but it couldnt match my vibe?????? I used this everyday but I just deleted it. I want my old version back.....is this possible?

I understand that as we get advancement in tech. Is good for us, but as we get older we become complacent because it gives us our independence and not making us rely on others. But sometimes even those who know how to maneuver the web real good, still have trouble getting around on updated websites, because there is no tutorials to show what has changed and how to get to what u want. Please bring back the old version so that those who are tech. Non-savvy can become independent again like my wife.

This app hasnt been able to load a new story in the politics section in 27 days... I feel like its been abandoned somehow.

Im debating on deleting this app because of the ads. I understand that ads are sometimes necessary, but sometimes ads will just show up and turn the screen white, and Ill have to close out the app, and restart it. It shouldnt be this way. It is extremely frustrating. This is definitely a great app for news, but if you cant fix the ads then Ill have to delete it. Thanks for your time.

Not sure how any one can get their news from an app that doesnt display around 85% of the stories you click on. It seems as if every time an update is done the apps performance gets worse.

This app shows extraordinary liberal bias-deleted.

Its coming, the Board is going to can you. Yahoo is in free fall, poor performing, and shift Left politically. Make that golden parachute last, dont think Google will take you back.

All of a sudden Yahoo stopped pushing mail to my phone. The pop up regarding "cant get mail - password or ID incorrect" keeps appearing sending me to settings. When I enter the password, I go in a perpetual loop of re-entering my password. After verifying on my actual computer that I had the correct password(got logged in there first time!) I tried all the varicose help options on the phone & wound up on the same exact place entering & re-entering my password. Whatever upgrade Yahoo did has made a mess of my phone with the constant pop up - Dont waste your time! This will not work & will frustrate you endlessly - Im so done.

New upgrade awful I deleted the app pages will not load on iPad mini . Yahoo get your act together time for new leadership there. It was great in the beginning .

Stories dont load or constantly reload due to problem. Stopped using this app.

Yahoo is joining quality news services, like NPR and the WP. Although yahoo health is no longer, news feeds from all over make this ap edgy and unpredictable.
