You took a layout that was fine and replaced it with a layout/version that makes no sense. Dont bother downloading this, just use google like everyone else

This update surprised me, in a good way. It is now much easier to react to news articles and keep the stories going. The app is very easy to navigate. I am surprised how many people are interested in the virtual reality vibe. Rally cool.

Who has the time to look thru all of this to find the news you want ? Used the old yahoo app everyday, deleted this. Get my news etc from google and MSN now, sad.

This used to be an app I could use. Now its just junk. They put ads within the stories around the stories above and below the stories. They hide the fact that it is an ad using equal spacing which the ratio of ads to stories is now 1:1. Seriously no wonder people are leaving in droves. This app is now junk thanks Yahoo!

This is less of a news app and more of a mass ad delivery service. Like video ads? Like auto play? Like launching into the App Store when trying to close an ad? Then this is the ad, I mean app, for you!

Terrible they make it far more difficult to do a basic web search and just see all topic highlights. I have been a loyal user for years and that ends now

Im disappointed with the new "update" of this app. It was my app-news-to-go-to but I hate it doesnt let you read or watch on landscape mode, hate it! Hate it!

Why dont you make the ad a little bigger. Ridiculous.

Im fairly certain theyve fired their proof readers and fact checkers over at yahoo news. Nearly as funny as the onion! sadly Im sure that isnt their internet.

So many things wrong with this app it would be impossible to list. I will however give you an example. It only works in portrait, meaning you cant turn you iPad phone or other devise on its side (landscape) to get a bigger screen. If they cant get that right how many other things to you think are wrong with the app?! If you guessed everything, you r right!!!!

The old version was great, and I used it every day on my iPad. The new version lacks content, is much harder to use, and is not designed for iPad, so it only works in portrait mode. Please trash this version, and bring back the old app, or at least make it available as an alternate offering. You already went to the trouble of writing it, so please bring it back.

This app is way to busy and i cant find the rotation setting. It has gotten to the point I just deleted it, really bad update. I wish I could give it a zero.

This is the worst app ever now. Thank God you were sold and your CEO and developers should be fired. Im deleting this immediately. This has also be come a liberal mouth piece and no longer really about news.

For the first time since I purchased my iPad 10 years ago, I deleted the Yahoo News App. I can get my news from other Apps. This App is just too full of bugs, and the convenience is gone. Not worth the aggravation.

Whoever writes the articles are Kardashian obsessed politically biased communists and Ive had enough. Every other article is about Kardashian or about slamming Trump no matter which category you choose; entertainment or technology! Im deleting this bs app.

App does NOTHING but crash since new update. Literally cannot be used anymore. Wont even open. Press app, tries to load stories, crashes. Literally doesnt work anymore. Cannot be used at all. Most pathetic display of disfunction that I have ever seen.

Please give folks a choice of the new update or the previous version of thumbnail photos with the article that can be scrolled, by category.

This used to have news, but now it has stories about popping pimples (really, not kidding). Im done with this. Too bad. It used to be good.
